Using my new 8in Trenching Bucket on my Chinese Mini Excavator

I picked up this 8 inch (200mm) trenching bucket for my Chinese Mini Excavator so I could use it to trench my electrical and water lines on the ranch. It installs easy and does a pretty good job making a nice small trench.

My Swivel Stopped Working – Crazy Fix – Chinese Mini Excavator

I lost all swivel ability while digging a trench and I was very surprised when I pulled it all apart. Another reason these are so cheap.

Simple Change to Add Some Protection – Chinese Mini Excavator

I simply turn the boom cylinder around to put the hoses and connections toward the boom to help reduce the chance of them getting snagged and busted. I have seen too many pictures online of people snapping these connections and hoses off.
