Rain-X Windshield Repair Kit helps you minimize the appearance and stop the spread of chips and cracks in your windshield. It removes air from the break, fills it with durable resin and makes it even stronger than before. For best results, repairs should be made as soon as possible after the damage occurs and before the break is contaminated by dirt or water. In addition, avoid the use of glass treatments after the crack has formed and prior to repair. However, glass treatments can be applied one (1) week after repair. The kit works best on round damage not more than one inch in diameter, and cracks not longer than 12 inches. It will not repair damage to more than one layer of glass.

Product worked great! However, it will be important that you set reasonable expectations. If you go into this thinking that it’s going to look like nothing ever happened to your windshield, you may be disappointed. The goal is to prevent the damage from spreading, and touch up the cosmetic appearance of the glass. From the outside of my windshield, all you can see are the chips where the rock made impact. From the inside (pictured), you can only notice there was a crack there if you’re looking for it. Best way I can describe this product is like touch up paint. Repair looks like covered up scratches, but clear. Works just fine if you follow the instructions, have patience, and don’t get cocky in the process. Chances are, if you’re like me, you’ve never done this repair before. So, be realistic in your approach, and you’ll come out of the whole 20-30 minute process satisfied with the results.

Before connecting or checking the implement, put PTO switch to “OFF” and place PTO gear lever in Neutral position. Place the transmission gear in neutral and put PTO switch to “OFF” position. Before attaching or checking the PTO driven equipment, Always place the PTO switch in OFF position, and PTO gear lever in NEUTRAL position. ​If the PTO switch is placed in MANUAL position, PTO rotates even if the ​implement moves up to upper limit. Pay attention to the surroundings to prevent a ​accident. ​Do not engage the PTO at high engine speed. Sudden engagement can cause damage to some implements and PTO clutch. Engage PTO at low RPM, and then ​raise the engine speed up.

PTO gear lever 540 / 750 / 1000 rev/min and neutral position is available. Before operating the lever, press the clutch pedal and put PTO switch to OFF position, and stop the PTO shaft completely.

The adapter provides a set of industry-standard 5th wheel rails to securely mount a CURT 5th wheel hitch or roller into the bed of your truck. It is designed to fit select model years of the Chevrolet Silverado, GMC Sierra 2500 HD and 3500 HD and Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty (see application info to verify fitment). It features a set of adjustable, quarter-turn anchors to quickly and easily drop into the pucks and provide a moveable platform for the 5th wheel coupling point.
