My Homemade Boom Sprayer | Easy and Cheap | Use with Pallet Forks

I wanted a decent sized boom sprayer for weeds that I could use in the front of my tractor or skid steer. This would be pallet based and I would use the pallet forks to just drive it round. What I made is working great and I will continue to improve it.

The CURT OEM puck system 5th wheel adapter for Chevy, Ford and GMC pickups combines the functionality of CURT 5th wheel puck system products with the strength and convenience of the truck bed puck system. The adapter provides a set of industry-standard 5th wheel rails to securely mount a CURT 5th wheel hitch or roller into the bed of your truck. It is designed to fit select model years of the Chevrolet Silverado, GMC Sierra 2500 HD and 3500 HD and Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty (see application info to verify fitment). It features a set of adjustable, quarter-turn anchors to quickly and easily drop into the pucks and provide a moveable platform for the 5th wheel coupling point. This puck system adapter requires a specific puck system for installation (year range specific). It features a capacity of 25,000 lbs. and is compatible with all CURT 5th wheel legs and rollers (weight capacities are limited to the lowest-rated towing component).

Like our other OEM puck system 5th wheel products, the key feature of this puck system 5th wheel adapter is its quarter-turn anchors. With the hitch initially bolted onto the adapter, the adapter can easily be dropped into place whenever needed and secured with the quarter-turn anchors. The anchors can also be adjusted to help eliminate chucking noises between the adapter and under-bed platform while towing. When you are finished towing, simply turn the anchors to remove the entire assembly within seconds.

A woven nylon outer covering protects the harness against abrasion and also improves its resistance to water penetration.

The 600kg loader capacity JCB 208s 1CX is the smallest model in our backhoe loader range, bringing backhoe performance and capability to previously inaccessible areas.
It can turn on its own axis in order to work in cramped environments and it’s fitted with a universal skid steer quickhitch allowing for a full range of skid steer attachments to be fitted easily. Full servo-controlled hydrostatic transmission gives zero to maximum speed, both in forward and reverse, at full power.

The JCB 208s 1CX backhoe loader is extremely nimble, not just because of its compact size; it’s also blessed with cutting edge controls to make maneuvering easy.
Hydraulic servos reduce lever efforts to a minimum and seat-mounted twin ergonomic joystick controls are positioned for easy use. There’s an auxiliary hand tools circuit, while joystick-mounted auxiliary control push buttons make attachment operation easy.

In the past I have used a hand chisel, since I felt I had more control than with a router but it usually gave me ugly cuts and took a lot of time. This template makes hinge installation essentially error free and can work with essentially any door thickness. This package is a one-stop shop: all you need is a router and you are on your way, since it comes with a router bit and a self-centering drill bit for the screw holes. The built in router bit depth gauge and the on board storage for all the pieces is a great touch. Excellent template/jig for a task I used to hate; highly recommended. These RYOBI door templates for lock setting and cutting hinges are well thought out, inexpensive and good value.
